There is something that many parents realise on Christmas, and it is a realization that they carry with them for the rest of their life. At some time or another, they buy their child an expensive gift that has been on their list for quite some time. The child opens up the gift under the tree, tearing the paper off and tossing it aside. They then open the box and play with the toy for a few minutes but they’ll play with the box for weeks.
As it turns out, boxes are great fun and it’s little wonder, because you can make them almost anything you can possibly imagine with just a little bit of imagination. It looks as if children are not the only ones who love boxes either, and cats certainly have a strong attachment to them.
When you see this video and all of the different cats playing with boxes, it’s difficult not to smile from the heart. We have all been there and seen this type of behavior in either our animals or our children. In either case, it’s a lot of fun to see.
